Guess what! The outside is done!! The form stone is gone, the acid has been washed away, the scaffolding has been removed and she’s a beauty! Let’s take a trip down memory lane first..

I could not be happier with the way it turned out! It blows my mind to think this was hiding under that sad formstone. This is a huge change but we’re not completely done with the outside- we’ll get all new windows, a new door, a hand rail, a mail box, numbers, wood molding at the top called a cornice and most importantly flower boxes! It’s really exciting to see something change, it makes all of this seem real!

ReplyDeleteYep - skimping on all the high end - luxury living stuff - the first real step in homeownership. Next you will give up Starbucks and stop buying your lunch EVERYDAY and start shopping at wholesale clubs for EVERYTHING including fashion!!! Skimping on the $80 haircut is cool - you won't miss it. One good thing - you probably won't need much money for curtains - Aunt Juts is the bomb at that - I am sure she will whip up the most amazing custom made window treatments out of tablecloths, sheets or any fabric that you love! Start looking at fabric! Give RC a big hug from me. Favorite cousin, Jen Love to you both!!!
